Mr.Gouri Shankar Mishra​

Chairman/President

Mr. Gouri Sankar Mishra is a seasoned development professional with over four decades of experience in the social development sector. Holding a Master’s degree in Anthropology, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Law degree (LLB), he has worked with several international, national, and state-level development organizations. His expertise spans development research, capacity building, training, health, water and sanitation, and community development. He provides strategic leadership and guidance to the organization, drawing on his extensive experience in designing and managing development initiatives.

Dr. Manoranjan Mishra

Vice Chairman / Vice President

Dr. Manoranjan Mishra is an eminent educationist and development practitioner with more than 40 years of experience across government institutions, international NGOs, and civil society organizations. A Gold Medallist in Education, he holds M.Ed. and Ph.D. qualifications and has contributed significantly to the fields of education, health, and livelihoods. His deep understanding of development processes and institutional strengthening has supported numerous organizations across Odisha and beyond.

Mr.Devendra Kumar Behera

Secretary-cum-Chief Functionary

Mr. Devendra Kumar Behera is a social development leader with over 40 years of professional experience. Armed with qualifications in Social Work (MSW) and Law (LLB), he has worked with reputed international organizations including Save the Children Fund (UK) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS). A grassroots development practitioner at heart, he is deeply committed to promoting the rights, protection, and well-being of vulnerable and disadvantaged children, as well as strengthening community-based development initiatives.
